Kelsey Lanphear
Kelsey has been in the industry since 2009 and her passion for the art shows in her work. She has been working in Truckee and building her clientele since December 2014. Kelsey believes in continuing education and has been trained by top stylists and barbers in California over the years. She specializes in cool-tones/bright blonding, highlights and one of her favorite techniques, "babylights". She also specializes in curly hair cutting and coloring.
In the summer of 2022 she obtained a certification for the sew-in extension method from the creator of Salt Strands. That same summer she took a hair cutting class from the master of ‘lived in hair’, Anh Co Tran and uses these techniques in her day-to-day hair cuts. Her ongoing desire for personal growth and continuing education keeps her techniques fresh and modern.

Sierra Donegan
Sierra grew up in the heart of North Lake Tahoe and her passion and creativity for beautiful, natural looking hair reflects that. With her vision set on success she ventured into San Francisco for her cosmetology license and graduated from a Paul Mitchell partner school in 2012. After graduation she returned to Tahoe and began her career in Tahoe City.
Sierra loves doing all kinds of color and cuts, but specializes in Balayage, bright blondes, and dimensional brunettes. Not only does she love hair, she also loves education! She has invested in her craft and taken classes at f901 academy, Aveda, Pony Salon, Salt society, the business of Balayage and more!! She spent May 2018-19 in Seattle mastering coloring and styling techniques with Organic Color Systems, Davines, and Kevin Murphy.

Savannah Leinen
Savanna went to the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School located in Orange County, California. After receiving her cosmetology license in 2016, she was trained by some of the best stylists in southern California. After moving to the Tahoe/Truckee area, Savanna still thrives in the cosmetology world. She continues her passion by expanding her education and learning new techniques to become a more valuable asset to the industry. She’s a versatile stylist who is able to do various styles on different types of hair. From dread locks, to color corrections, from extensions to complex balayage, you can be sure that Savanna is always up for the challenge to make you feel and look your absolute best. In her spare time, Savanna enjoys spending her time outdoors and being with loved ones.

Tiffani Duran
Tiffani has always loved getting people ready for as long as she can remember. It started with doing make up for weddings about 10 years ago. Then in 2016, she decided to jump into the hair world and enrolled at the W Academy of Cosmetology. Shortly before graduating, Tiffani started assisting at Vivace Salon in Pleasanton CA. She spent 4 years at Vivace training & perfecting her craft under some of the most talented hairstylists she has had the pleasure of knowing. November of 2020, she decided to join her boyfriend living here in Truckee. After a few months in town she joined the team here at Ash & Honey!
Tiffani loves having someone in her chair to chat and hangout with. As a bonus, they leave feeling amazing with fabulous hair! From a rooty blonde to a platinum blonde, long layers to a sassy lob or just root touch up and all over color, she love it all. Tiffani looks forward to meeting you!

Nicolette Lafranchi
Nicolette Lafranchi received her cosmetology license in 2011 from Vintage Academy in Napa.
She has been working in San Francisco for the last 6 years as a makeup artist and hairstylist for commercials and print for; Google, Facebook, Yelp, Rodan + Fields and more. She also has been traveling for the last 3 years doing hair and makeup with the Food Network on multiple shows; Guys Ranch Kitchen, Guy's Grocery Games, Guy's Chance of Lifetime and Tournament of Champions. As well as running an on-site bridal hair + makeup business in Sonoma, Napa, San Francisco and Lake Tahoe.

Lauren Palacios
Lauren started in the hair industry in 2017 and graduated from Paul Mitchell! She then went on to assist a blonding specialist in Reno, NV which is where she developed her passion of healthy blonding and balayage. In 2019 she got certified in hand-tied extensions by The Glow Method in Gilbert, Arizona. Since she has taken multiple classes by top stylists around California and Nevada to continue not only her extension education but color and cutting skills as well. She strives to always leave her clients with healthy, blended color and loves adding extensions to completely round out the perfect end result.

Kate McNeil
East Coast Stylist with 20+ years of experience relocated to Truckee in 2019! Specializing in Blondes, Sun-Kissed Color and Brunette to Blonde Transformations. Kate loves bringing movement and customized color to hair creating undone, beautiful lived-in looks. Her education includes in-person courses at Salt Society Connecticut as well as masterclasses at The Redken Exchange NYC and Goldwell Academy NYC. Audrey Anthony
With 6+ years of experience in the industry Audrey has humbly refined her skills in the art of hair. Starting her career at Chico Beauty College in 2015, she worked at top salons in both Sacramento and Truckee. With an eye for both creative and classic styles, she strives to provide her clients with genuine results.
Audrey specializes in fine hair, curly hair, lived-in natural color, balayage, and men's haircuts. Most of all she enjoys making her clients feel comfortable and relaxed.
